According to the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” dated March 19, 1994 No. 172, our clients have the right to exchange non-food products of good quality for a similar one, if the product does not satisfy them in shape, size, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose. The buyer has the right to exchange goods of good quality within fourteen calendar days, not counting the day of purchase, subject to compliance with all norms provided for by the Law.

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 “On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” indicates a list of goods that are not subject to exchange (return), namely:

  • combs, combs, massage brushes;
  • disposable products;
  • brushes and brush sets;
  • files, buffs, polishers;
  • hairdressing scissors;
  • manicure tools;
  • varnishes and gel polishes;
  • products in aerosol packaging;
  • hairpins and clips;
  • promotional and discounted goods;
  • printed materials
  • shaving devices
  • products made from natural and artificial hair

Such goods can be returned only due to detection of defects or non-compliance with the order.

Only a new product that has no signs of use: scratches, chips, abrasions is subject to exchange or return; the complete set, integrity and all packaging components, labels, factory markings must be preserved and the buyer has the original document confirming the fact of purchase of the corresponding product . Violation of any of these points reserves the store the right to refuse the buyer an exchange or return of goods.

You can return a product of good quality to the store (or exchange it for another similar one) if the following conditions for returning the product are met:

  • it is not on the list of goods that cannot be exchanged or returned;
  • it was not used and was preserved in the form in which it was purchased;
  • less than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase of the goods;
  • a cash receipt or sales receipt is available.

Equipment of proper quality that has been put into operation cannot be exchanged/returned

The buyer has the right to count on warranty repairs if:

  • The product has a warranty period*. For warranty repairs, please contact the manager;
  • product purchased at PROnail store.

Procedure for exchange/return of equipment of inadequate quality that was put into operation:

1. The client fills out the return form, together with the call center employee, providing all the necessary information

2. After agreement with the manager, the client sends the goods to the online store (at the client’s expense). Diagnostics are carried out within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

3. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the customer has the right to warranty repairs.

4. If no defective goods are found, the equipment is repaired

Return of equipment that has not been put into operation is possible within 14 days if you have a receipt and all the equipment. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

Procedure for exchange/return of equipment of inadequate quality that has not been put into operation:

1. The client fills out the return form, together with the call center employee, providing all the necessary information

2. If more than 14 days have passed, the product is sent for diagnostics to the service center; within 5 working days from the moment the product is received for diagnostics, the manager provides information for further action.

Products (gel polishes, varnishes, gels, etc.) of proper quality, which were put into operation, cannot be exchanged or returned.

Products (gel polishes, varnishes, gels, etc.) of proper quality that have not been put into operation are subject to exchange or return only in case of discrepancy with the order.

Procedure for exchange/return of goods (gel polishes, varnishes, gels, etc.) of inadequate quality, which were/were not put into operation:

1.The client fills out the return form, together with the call center employee, providing all the necessary information

2. After agreement with the manager, the client sends the goods to the online store (at the client’s expense). Diagnostics are carried out within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The result of the exchange/return will be known after the diagnosis.

3. If a defect is confirmed, the store will compensate for the purchased product; if a defect is not detected, the product will be sent to the buyer, without compensation for shipping.

You can exchange or return goods through the Nova Poshta courier service. Exchange and return of goods of proper quality is carried out at the buyer’s expense only after agreement with the manager. Delivery cost according to service tariffs.

Refunds are made based on the results of consideration of the application to the company. If the decision is positive, the refund occurs:

  • by bank transfer – within 3 working days to the specified bank card;
  • by cash – the buyer can receive funds at the PROnail store in Kiev, Garmatnaya 20.

When exchanging or returning, the product must be sent fully complete, along with the following documents:

  • Receipt for the purchase of goods
  • Warranty card

Equipment can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that this equipment has not been used, its presentation is preserved, packaging (additionally provide a photo), shipping is at the expense of the client. You can track the date of receipt of the goods thanks to the Tracking number, both on the website of the post office of the recipient’s country and on the website of Ukrposhta.

Exception: goods made to order, they cannot be exchanged or returned.

A refund or exchange is possible only if diagnostics confirm a manufacturing defect. If no defect is found, exchange is NOT POSSIBLE.
